About the role: - You will develop product strategies that centre on user needs while weighing tradeoffs and understanding the competitive environment - You will partner across engineering, design, operations, analytics, finance and compliance teams to ensure your ideas translate into measurable business results - You will contribute to Groww's mission of enabling a billion Indians to invest and grow their wealth What you'll work on: - Building product intuition by studying user behaviour, market dynamics and how similar problems have been solved elsewhere - Translating strategic thinking into concrete initiatives that teams can execute - Gathering feedback from stakeholders and users to refine product decisions - Analysing data and metrics to validate assumptions and track success What we're looking for: - Graduation in 2027 - Off-campus candidate (lateral hiring welcome) - Prior experience with a product internship is valued Good to know: - This is a 6-month internship running from January to June - You will work from our office
