About the role: - Shape product direction by developing strategies that prioritize user needs while weighing competitive positioning and trade-offs - Partner across engineering, design, operations, analytics, finance, and compliance to turn strategy into measurable results - Own products built to create meaningful impact for Groww's user base What you'll work on: - Researching user pain points and market dynamics to inform product decisions - Defining success metrics and tracking product performance against them - Gathering feedback from users and cross-functional teams to iterate on solutions - Documenting product requirements and communicating vision to stakeholders What we're looking for: - Deep passion for understanding and serving users - Ability to work effectively across multiple teams with different priorities - Analytical mindset to support decisions with data and user insights - Strong communication skills to articulate product thinking clearly - Prior product internship experience is a plus
