About the role: - Spend most of your time in direct conversation with users, conducting research calls and structured interviews to understand their needs and pain points - Map out product challenges and discover improvement opportunities by analyzing what you learn from these conversations - Partner with the product team to turn user insights into better experiences - Ask thoughtful questions during calls that dig into user behaviour and motivations rather than surface-level feedback What we're looking for: - Recent graduate or someone early in your career with no prior work experience required - Ability to communicate clearly and think through problems logically - Comfort initiating and leading phone or video calls with users for extended periods - Willingness to be available for calls throughout your working day and adapt your schedule around user availability - A genuine interest in understanding how people use products and why they make the choices they do
