UI/UX Designer & Product Business Analyst

About the role: - Combine user interface design expertise with business analysis to support ERP product development at a fast-growing technology company. - Bridge the gap between client needs, design vision, and technical implementation. - Work with product, development, and quality assurance teams to understand and refine how software solutions solve real business challenges. - Participate in client interactions to gather requirements, ask clarifying questions, and document what the product must do. - Help translate business problems into design concepts and technical specifications. What you'll work on: - Learn complete enterprise resource planning workflows and how different modules connect. - Create wireframes and designs in Figma that address specific business requirements. - Identify which client requests are existing features versus custom builds. - Document requirements with precision, noting details, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. - Present product capabilities and design decisions to clients and internal teams with confidence. - Follow up on open questions and ensure all ambiguities are resolved before development starts. - Communicate clearly with developers and QA engineers about what needs to be built and why. - Monitor scope to prevent unauthorized commitments while taking genuine ownership of your work. - Incorporate feedback into your designs and analysis approach, improving continuously. - Apply AI tools and productivity software thoughtfully and appropriately to your workflow. - Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues. What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience. - Working knowledge of Figma. - Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present ideas clearly. - Genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and how software solves their problems. - Willingness to learn client requirement gathering and product business analysis from the ground up. - Comfort working across disciplines with designers, developers, quality assurance teams, and external clients. - Attention to detail and ability to track dependencies and acceptance criteria. - Portfolio or examples of academic, personal, or design projects (preferred). - Candidates without a design background may apply if you show aptitude for UI/UX, analytical thinking, and interest in product development.
