AI Product Intern

About this role

Batch: 2025/2026/2027. Responsibilities: - Analyze live customer conversations with the AI assistant to identify wrong responses, missed intent, bad recommendations, and failed orders. - Spot patterns across conversations and turn them into specific, actionable solutions. - Visit participating stores to understand what could drive adoption from both staff and customer perspectives. - Run small experiments such as messaging and store-level nudges to measure their impact on adoption. - Drive real-time changes through strategic user-flow insights. Requirements: - Naturally curious and willing to investigate why something happened until the underlying reason is understood. - Ability to analyze messy, unstructured conversations and identify patterns. - Comfortable interacting with customers as well as analyzing chat logs. - Strong written communication skills. - Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping shape an evolving pilot. - Coding is not required; product sense, curiosity, and structured thinking are more important.
