About the role: - Design and implement scalable applications addressing actual business needs - Develop backend systems with focus on production-ready SaaS architecture - Manage both client-side and server-side development across the stack - Integrate caching layers, database systems and artificial intelligence features into applications - Take ownership of features from conception through deployment What you'll work on: - Backend architecture using Node.js and Express.js to power robust server-side logic - Frontend interfaces built with React.js and TypeScript for type-safe components - Full-stack solutions leveraging Next.js for seamless server and client rendering - Database design and optimization with MongoDB and PostgreSQL - Caching strategies using Redis to improve application performance - Integration of AI models and large language model APIs into product workflows - Deployment pipelines and application hosting on cloud platforms - System-level thinking to build performant, maintainable infrastructure What we're looking for: - Hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript and Node.js fundamentals - Proficiency in Express.js for building REST APIs and backend services - Working knowledge of Next.js for full-stack application development - Solid understanding of MongoDB and PostgreSQL for relational and document databases - Familiarity with Redis and caching concepts to optimize data retrieval - Experience deploying applications and managing hosting environments - Ability to work with AI integrations, LLM APIs and sophisticated AI configurations - Strong problem-solving skills and capacity for architectural thinking - Genuine drive to create software that delivers measurable business value Good to know: - You should have 0–2 years of professional experience - Frontend skills can vary if you demonstrate strong backend capabilities - We value practical, hands-on ability and your capacity to learn over formal qualifications - Ownership mentality and taking initiative are important traits for this role
