Batch: 2025/2026/2027. About the role: - You will support the implementation of HighLevel's platform for clients, helping them set up and configure their accounts - You'll guide clients through onboarding processes and ensure they understand how to use key features - You will troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide direction on SaaS workflows - You'll document implementation progress and maintain records of client configurations - You will collaborate with the implementation team to deliver a smooth client experience What we're looking for: - Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Solid interpersonal abilities that help you work well with diverse teams - Basic technical knowledge and genuine interest in learning SaaS products - Sharp problem-solving mindset and comfort with analytical thinking - Capacity to absorb new tools, processes, and workflows in a fast-moving environment - Comfort working solo on tasks and also as part of a distributed team in a fully remote setup Bonus experience: - Prior internship or project work in SaaS, customer success, technical support, implementation, or consulting - Exposure to CRM platforms or other SaaS products - Knowledge of how business processes fit into software implementation and workflows
