About the role: - Own the full recruitment lifecycle for your assigned positions, from initial planning through candidate selection. - Find talent across multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct outreach. - Review applications and perform preliminary candidate evaluations to filter for fit. - Schedule and oversee interview processes while keeping applicants informed and engaged. - Work closely with hiring teams to grasp their staffing needs and culture fit requirements. - Build and maintain detailed hiring records, metrics dashboards, and candidate pipeline visibility. - Hit recruitment targets and close open positions within agreed timelines. What you'll bring: - Proven ability to source candidates and build relationships with potential hires across channels. - Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with candidates, managers, and internal teams. - Skill at juggling multiple open roles simultaneously without letting deadlines slip. - A hands-on mindset that spots bottlenecks and finds solutions fast. - Drive to develop a steady, quality pool of talent for current and future needs. - Comfort with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and hiring workflows. - Willingness to take ownership of your recruitment goals and outcomes. What you'll do day to day: - Screen resumes and conduct first-round conversations with candidates. - Coordinate logistics for interviews and shepherd candidates through each stage. - Update hiring managers on pipeline progress and candidate status. - Maintain records and generate reports on recruitment activity and performance. - Reach out to passive candidates and nurture relationships over time.
