About the role: - Craft digital product experiences by designing interfaces and user journeys from concept through high-fidelity mockups - Work with wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to translate business goals and user needs into clear, intuitive designs - Collaborate with team members to refine designs based on feedback and testing insights What you'll work on: - Applying UI/UX design principles and user-centered design thinking to solve real product challenges - Creating designs that work seamlessly across web and mobile platforms with responsive design best practices - Building visual hierarchy through typography, color systems, and layout composition - Conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions - Documenting design processes and decisions for clarity and handoff What we're looking for: - Freshers with genuine enthusiasm for product design and user experience - Fluency with design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch - Strong grasp of responsive design principles and how interfaces adapt across devices - Ability to understand user requirements and build products that feel natural to use - Clear communication and collaborative approach to working in a team environment - Problem-solving mindset that frames design challenges constructively Preferred qualifications: - Familiarity with HTML and CSS basics - Portfolio showcasing UI/UX or product design work, such as personal projects, college assignments, or detailed case studies
