About the role: - Create and deliver management information system reports on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule - Oversee collection, organisation and interpretation of business data across the organisation - Build dashboards that track key performance metrics and make results visible to stakeholders - Verify the integrity and completeness of data before it reaches decision-makers - Work with teams across departments to gather the information needed for analysis and reporting What you'll work on: - Designing and refreshing dashboards that help leadership track business health - Running queries and analyses to uncover trends and answer business questions - Automating routine report generation to save time and reduce errors - Investigating data discrepancies and tracing them to their source - Translating raw data into clear summaries for non-technical audiences What we're looking for: - Experience preparing MIS reports and working with business data - Comfort with data analysis tools and database systems - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality - Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and departments - Willingness to join immediately
