Batch: 2026/2027/2028. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues - Support employee onboarding/offboarding, device preparation, and asset tracking - Manage user hardware (laptops, monitors, mobile devices) and basic Intune / MDM administration Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in degree in IT, CS, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or comparable - Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Teams Rooms, and service desk troubleshooting
