About the role: - Build and design landing pages across campaign initiatives, new product launches, feature rollouts and refreshed website sections - Partner with marketing teams to bring their concepts to life - Translate initial project briefs into fully functional, live websites without requiring direction - Craft web experiences optimized to drive conversions and user action What you'll work on: - Landing page creation for multiple concurrent initiatives - Visual design for web-based campaigns and announcements - Interactive elements and user interface refinement - End-to-end project ownership from concept through deployment What we're looking for: - Solid foundation in visual design principles and web design best practices - Demonstrated proficiency with Framer for web design and prototyping - Strong attention to typography, spatial layouts, micro-interactions and polish - Confidence moving independently from initial direction through final launch without constant oversight Good to know: - This position emphasizes web design, visual messaging and conversion optimization rather than core product user experience design
