About the role: - iHirez is hiring a Data Analyst for a remote opportunity. - Candidates from the 2023 batch and earlier are listed as eligible. - The stated CTC range is 20-40 LPA. What you'll work on: - Automate MIS reports used by the business. - Build and automate dashboards. - Work with Python for data and automation tasks. - Use VBA where required for reporting and workflow automation. - Use SQL for data analysis and related work. - Optimize existing workflows. - Help maintain data integrity across analytical processes. What we're looking for: - Previous luxury retail experience is mandatory. - Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or programming. - Advanced Excel expertise is required. - Strong automation skills are also expected.
