About the role: - Participate in trading operations and market analysis within a dynamic financial environment - Develop practical understanding of trading strategies, risk management, and financial instruments - Contribute to real-time decision-making processes and trading desk activities - Learn institutional trading workflows and best practices from experienced professionals What you'll work on: - Monitoring market movements and analyzing trading opportunities - Supporting trade execution and settlement processes - Analyzing financial data and identifying patterns in market behavior - Building proficiency with trading platforms and financial tools - Contributing insights to trading strategy discussions What we're looking for: - Women students enrolled in a full-time BTech, BE, Dual Degree, or BS Maths programme - Expected graduation in 2029 - Currently studying at one of the 23 Indian Institutes of Technology, BITS Pilani, or BITS Goa - Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills - Interest in financial markets and trading operations - Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven setting
