About the role: - Construct datasets that support strategic business objectives and uncover actionable insights from campaign performance - Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and project outcomes - Develop automated processes using Power Automate to eliminate manual tasks and streamline operations - Apply GenAI tools to enhance analytical depth and accelerate insights discovery What we're looking for: - Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation - Strong MySQL expertise to query, transform, and manage databases efficiently - Python skills sufficient to write scripts and support analytical workflows - Ability to think strategically about data problems and align analysis with broader business goals - Meticulous attention to detail when building models, cleaning datasets, and documenting processes - Experience or familiarity with GenAI platforms and their applications in data analysis - Comfort with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools - Sharp analytical mindset to identify patterns, test hypotheses, and draw meaningful conclusions About you: - You approach problems by considering strategy and business impact first, then selecting appropriate technical tools - You take pride in producing accurate, well-organized work and catching errors before they compound - You enjoy automating repetitive tasks to focus effort on higher-value analysis
