About the role: - You'll drive business strategy and decision-making across INDmoney's lending and financial services operations - Partner with product, engineering, technology and external partners to shape lending products and credit solutions - Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams - Lead initiatives that improve loan lifecycle efficiency, credit assessment processes and market positioning What you'll work on: - Analyzing lending trends, borrower behavior and competitive dynamics in the Indian financial services market - Building business cases and strategies informed by data, market research and regulatory requirements - Collaborating across departments to align product roadmaps with business objectives and stakeholder needs - Negotiating priorities, timelines and outcomes with internal teams and external partners - Communicating findings, recommendations and strategic direction to audiences ranging from technical experts to business leaders What we're looking for: - 1–5 years of experience in fast-paced, results-driven roles within financial services and lending - Comfort with SQL for data querying and analysis - Deep knowledge of India's lending landscape, credit products, loan underwriting, repayment cycles and regulatory framework - Ability to think strategically while remaining grounded in data and evidence - Strong negotiation skills and collaborative instincts across teams and external organizations - Demonstrated ownership mentality and willingness to drive decisions and outcomes even in uncertain conditions - Product analytics experience valued as a bonus - Clear, persuasive communication—both in writing and conversation—especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
