About the role: - Work as a Specialist Programmer across multiple technical domains, solving complex algorithmic challenges and contributing to large-scale system design - Participate in end-to-end development cycles, from problem analysis through implementation and optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions and improve code quality - Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain technical excellence What we're looking for: - Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms with proven problem-solving ability - Proficiency in at least one major programming language - Ability to solve LeetCode-style problems at difficulty levels 2–4 - Clear communication skills and ability to articulate technical approaches - Self-driven learning mindset and openness to feedback Compensation and role level: - SP L1: ₹10 LPA - SP L2: ₹16 LPA - SP L3: ₹21 LPA - Placement at each level determined by performance during selection How we'll assess you: - DSA-based online assessment - In-person technical assessment - Round-robin interview with engineering team members
