About this role
About the role: - You will source, screen and engage candidates across technical and non-technical functions - Build pipelines by identifying talent through job boards, professional networks and direct outreach - Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and capability - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and match candidates to openings - Manage candidate records and application workflows from initial contact through offer stage - Represent the company at campus recruitment drives and external hiring events What we're looking for: - MBA degree with a preference for HR specialisation; candidates with other specialisations are welcome to apply - Up to 2 years of prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment functions - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - Proven capacity to engage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders - Comfortable interpersonal approach and ability to build professional relationships quickly - Readiness to travel on assignment for campus hiring initiatives and recruitment activities Note: Subject: Application – Talent Acquisition Associate
