Senior Category Manager

About the role: - Lead category strategy and execution across InstaHelp's service portfolio - Own P&L responsibility for assigned categories and drive revenue growth - Build and mentor high-performing teams to deliver results and build organisational capability - Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and technology to optimise category performance What you'll work on: - Develop category roadmaps and go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives - Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities - Oversee pricing, promotion, and product mix decisions within your categories - Monitor KPIs and use data to refine strategy and improve execution - Lead negotiations with key partners and stakeholders What we're looking for: - 2–5 years of experience in New age Internet Companies, Manufacturing, FMCG & FMCD, Retail, Automotive or Beverages sectors - Proven track record leading teams and delivering on complex projects - Strong ability to influence peers and senior leadership without direct authority - Conviction that exceptional outcomes come from combining intellectual horsepower with sustained effort and execution excellence
