About the role: - Provide technical assistance to users experiencing issues with the Instawork platform and services - Troubleshoot problems across web and mobile applications - Document and resolve support tickets in a timely manner - Communicate technical solutions to non-technical users in clear, accessible language What you'll work on: - Responding to customer inquiries through multiple support channels - Investigating root causes of technical issues and implementing fixes - Escalating complex problems to senior technical staff when needed - Creating and updating help documentation and FAQs - Gathering user feedback to identify patterns and improvement areas What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in computer science, IT, or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to communicate clearly with customers of varying technical backgrounds - Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and basic networking concepts - Willingness to learn new technologies and support systems quickly
