About the role: - Investigate and test artificial intelligence models alongside cutting-edge technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation. - Develop features and working prototypes powered by AI systems. - Participate in defining product specifications, designing user flows, running quality assurance, and refining solutions based on feedback. - Investigate ways AI automation can streamline operations in the financial services and broader business domains. - Partner closely with product managers and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. What you'll work on: - Building practical applications that leverage large language models and generative AI capabilities. - Translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions that create measurable value. - Iterating on designs and implementations based on user needs and technical constraints. - Documenting workflows and processes that connect AI capabilities to real-world outcomes. What we're looking for: - Practical familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or equivalent AI platforms. - Working knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and how to construct effective AI workflows. - Grounding in product development practices and how to move from concept to working feature. - Foundational understanding of financial services, particularly in the areas of loans, insurance, or investment products. - A background that includes academic work, personal projects, or professional experience in finance-related domains (strongly preferred).
