About the role: - Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating organizational needs into clear technical direction - Gather detailed business requirements through structured conversations with clients and internal teams - Produce comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) that guide development work - Create and refine process flow diagrams to visualize current and proposed business operations - Analyze existing processes to spot inefficiencies and recommend meaningful improvements - Develop actionable technical specifications that engineering teams can build from - Work across departments to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts - Skill in gathering information from multiple sources and synthesizing it into clear requirements - Hands-on proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations - Competence with documentation tools and the discipline to maintain clear records - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence presenting to groups - Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across business and technical functions - Strong interpersonal skills and comfort building relationships with stakeholders at all levels Advantages: - Knowledge of SQL for direct data exploration - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools - Familiarity with business analysis methodologies - Background in stakeholder engagement or process improvement Good to know: - Candidates based in Noida or surrounding areas are particularly encouraged to apply
