About the role: - You will conduct research into market dynamics and industry trends to support investment decisions - You will analyze India's investment ecosystem and how it compares within the global context - You will examine specific sectors to uncover insights that inform business strategy - You will create presentations, reports and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders - You will work with business data to identify patterns and develop actionable intelligence - You will coordinate with various teams and external partners to gather information and drive initiatives forward - You will contribute to investment promotion activities and help shape strategic direction What you'll work on: - Building a deep understanding of how different industries attract and deploy capital - Learning how macroeconomic factors and policy shape investment flows - Translating raw data into clear visual and written narratives - Supporting senior team members on projects that have real impact on India's investment positioning - Developing skills in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration - Engaging with investment professionals and industry experts What we're looking for: - A genuine appetite for research and a drive to uncover meaningful insights - Strong writing and verbal communication abilities - Comfort navigating Excel and building clear, compelling presentations in PowerPoint - Interest in business, economics, international relations, policy or sectors and investment flows - Eagerness to take on substantial projects and learn from experienced professionals - Students or recent graduates ready to apply classroom knowledge in a real corporate setting Note: CVs can also be shared with heena.dikshit@investindia.org.in
