About the role: - Partner with product management, engineering, data science, and AI teams to shape financial technology solutions serving banks and multinational corporations - Extract meaningful patterns from datasets and translate them into strategic product opportunities - Identify gaps in customer workflows and convert them into concrete features and improvements - Drive analysis-backed decisions that tie directly to measurable business results - Work alongside Product Managers, technical leads, customers, and business partners to refine how products function - Participate in cycles of product enhancement, operational streamlining, and innovation initiatives What you'll develop: - Competency across product strategy, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and operational processes - Cross-functional expertise by engaging with teams spanning product design, software engineering, data infrastructure, machine learning, customer success, and operations - Exposure to fintech workflows and how enterprise banking systems operate at scale - Analytical and communication skills needed to move from raw data to actionable recommendations - Understanding of how analytical rigor drives product decisions in a complex, regulated industry
