About this role
About the role: - Build and test algorithmic trading strategies by applying statistical methods and machine learning approaches to market data. - Process and examine large volumes of financial information to uncover pricing anomalies and trading opportunities. What we're looking for: - Deep knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and probability theory. - Hands-on experience writing code in Python, C++, or R. - Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related discipline. - Genuine interest in technology, financial markets, or systems engineering. - Ability to break down complex problems and think like a builder and problem-solver. - Prior work on projects or internships that demonstrate quantitative, computational, or financial thinking (a strong plus). About you: - You approach challenges by writing code and running experiments rather than stopping at theory. - You're drawn to understanding how markets work and how computation can reveal hidden patterns. - You can write clean, efficient code and debug it under pressure.
