About the role: - Find and evaluate potential candidates through research, outreach, and application review to build a strong talent pipeline - Screen resumes and applications, identifying those who meet the role criteria and moving qualified prospects forward - Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing logistics and scheduling - Maintain candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and ensure data accuracy throughout the hiring process - Work with external recruitment partners and vendors, monitoring their performance and maintaining positive working relationships - Support candidates throughout their experience with the company, answering questions and providing updates to keep them engaged What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing or have recently finished an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline - Clear, confident communication skills paired with the ability to listen and build rapport with diverse groups - Strong ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple processes at once without losing track of details - Genuine enthusiasm for recruitment and talent acquisition, with a desire to learn and grow in this field - Self-motivated approach to work, comfortable taking initiative and seeking out solutions independently - Natural interpersonal skills that help you connect with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
