About this role
What you'll work on: - Drive product strategy and roadmap development for Jar's platform - Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion funnels to inform feature prioritization - Design and execute A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience - Partner with engineering and design teams to ship products that solve real customer problems - Build data models and dashboards to track key product metrics and health indicators What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a closely related field - 1–3 years of professional experience in product management, growth, or product analytics roles - Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clevertap, or SQL for data analysis and querying - Strong grasp of A/B testing methodology, user funnel analysis, and data-driven decision making - Background in fintech, e-commerce, D2C, or consumer technology is a plus
