Associate Software Engineer

About the role: - Develop and maintain software applications and services using .NET and Microsoft development technologies - Build frontend interfaces and user experiences with AngularJS and related web technologies - Design, code, and execute tests to ensure software quality and reliability - Investigate and resolve software defects through methodical troubleshooting and root cause analysis - Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment to deliver features and improvements - Work with SQL and relational databases to design schemas and optimize queries - Participate in code reviews and contribute to team coding standards and best practices What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical field - 1–3 years of professional experience developing software applications - Foundational to intermediate knowledge of .NET or other Microsoft development frameworks - Hands-on experience with AngularJS for frontend development - Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design principles - Demonstrated ability to write, test, and debug code effectively - Methodical approach to identifying and fixing technical problems - Grasp of software development fundamentals, application testing, and industry coding practices - Experience working in Agile teams or other collaborative development settings - Genuine enthusiasm for mastering new technologies and development approaches - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and precision - Clear communicator who explains ideas effectively to colleagues - Team player who takes ownership of tasks and delivers results
