About the role: - Own and track progression of the product roadmap as it moves across different teams - Write product requirement documents, user stories, and release notes with precision and completeness - Create and refine user flows and interface designs in Figma, prioritizing clarity over visual finish - Identify obstacles blocking progress, document dependencies between work streams, track risks, and maintain status visibility - Execute testing on builds, document bugs found, confirm that fixes work, and examine edge cases, empty states, and error handling - Synthesize results and insights from your work, then incorporate them back into future roadmap planning What we're looking for: - Command of written and spoken English, with meticulous attention to detail - Working knowledge of Figma and the ability to map out user flows - Familiarity with how product requirements documents work, how to measure product success, and QA fundamentals - Demonstrated ability to stay organized and see commitments through; you keep documentation fresh and accurate - Commitment to work full-time for a duration of 6 to 12 months About you: - You take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion without constant oversight - You think in systems and can spot how one change ripples across a product - You ask questions when requirements are unclear and push back thoughtfully on ambiguous briefs - You're comfortable learning tools and processes on the job Good to know: - Background with AI, speech technologies, data products, or internal tooling is a plus - Prior experience with Notion, Linear, Jira, or project management software is valuable but not required
