Technical Support Engineer (TSE) – Python

About the role: - Provide technical support to customers using Python-based applications and services - Diagnose and resolve software issues through systematic debugging and troubleshooting - Assist users in understanding REST APIs and database interactions within supported systems - Document problems, solutions, and workarounds for knowledge sharing across the team What you'll work on: - Analyzing customer issues and identifying root causes in Python applications - Writing and executing test cases to verify fixes and validate system behavior - Collaborating with development teams to escalate and track complex technical problems - Responding to support inquiries with clear explanations and guidance What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of Python programming fundamentals and object-oriented design principles - Working knowledge of data structures, exception handling, and error management - Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and how to query them - Understanding of REST API concepts and how they integrate with applications - Analytical mindset with the ability to break down problems methodically - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users - Willingness to work effectively within a team environment Good to know: - Recent graduates are welcome to apply - Candidates with relevant technical experience are also encouraged to apply - This is an opportunity to launch your career with a growing technology organization
