Trainee Business Analyst

About the role: - You will support the business analysis team by gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders - You will assist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities - You will help create and maintain documentation for projects and systems - You will work alongside both technical and non-technical team members to understand their needs - You will participate in learning software development lifecycle practices and how they apply to real projects What we're looking for: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field - Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude - Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and core development processes - Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, or data analysis (experience with these is valued) - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Comfort collaborating with people from different technical backgrounds - Recent graduates and freshers with solid analytical and communication abilities are welcome to apply - Enthusiasm to learn and build your foundation in a growing technology company
