About the role: - Join a Scrum team operating in an Agile methodology, with hands-on mentorship from an experienced team member - Build and expand testing capabilities that add genuine value to the product - Automate test scenarios using frameworks and tools to catch defects early - Write clear documentation and create demonstration materials to showcase and operationalize new testing features - Partner closely with product and architecture teams to identify and address quality gaps What you'll work on: - Designing and implementing test cases within a structured automation framework - Debugging issues across Windows and Unix-based distributed systems - Building continuous integration pipelines and leveraging CI/CD tools to streamline testing workflows - Writing code that is maintainable, efficient, and follows QA best practices - Contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and progress tracking within your team What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology - Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C# or Java - Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving mindset - Clear written and verbal communication abilities - Self-motivated learner willing to take on challenges and support teammates - Comfort working in fast-moving, test-driven, collaborative environments - Experience with debugging tools and techniques on distributed systems (a plus) - Hands-on experience with UFT, TestNG, Maven, Team City CI, GIT, Junit, or similar test automation frameworks and tools (a plus) - Prior work with Selenium or comparable QA automation platforms (a plus) - Demonstrated ability to plan tasks, track progress, and stay accountable to timelines
