About the role: - Build and deploy Voice AI systems that power real-world applications and customer interactions - Develop agentic workflows that automate complex business processes and decision-making - Move AI research prototypes into production environments serving at scale - Experiment with emerging techniques and frameworks to solve customer problems What you'll work on: - Design and implement machine learning models for speech recognition, synthesis, and understanding - Create autonomous agents capable of handling multi-step workflows and interactions - Optimize AI systems for performance, latency, and cost in production settings - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship features that serve real customers - Debug and improve model performance using production data and feedback What we're looking for: - Strong foundation in machine learning fundamentals and Python - Experience building or deploying neural networks and ML systems - Comfort moving quickly from experimentation to shipped code - Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn emerging AI technologies - Ability to work across the full stack from research to production infrastructure
