About the role: - Deploy and support artificial intelligence systems directly in customer and production environments, taking ownership of troubleshooting and optimization - Translate business objectives from stakeholders into machine learning solutions that scale across infrastructure - Work hands-on with large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector database technologies - Integrate REST APIs, databases, and external services into AI-powered applications - Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to understand needs and deliver results What you'll work on: - Building production-quality applications using Python that leverage AI and machine learning capabilities - Implementing generative AI and AI automation features using LLM APIs and related tools - Working with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent systems to accelerate development - Diagnosing issues and improving performance of AI solutions in live customer settings - Contributing to a fast-moving environment where engineering and customer success overlap What we're looking for: - Strong Python programming background with proven experience shipping applications to production - Solid grasp of AI and machine learning concepts, with practical exposure to generative AI and language models - Problem-solving mindset and ability to debug complex technical challenges - Clear communication skills and comfort engaging directly with customers and stakeholders - Background in a startup, consulting firm, or customer-focused engineering role is valuable Good to know: - Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker containerization, Git version control, and CI/CD workflows strengthens your application - This role bridges engineering and customer success, requiring both technical depth and interpersonal skills
