Associate Product Manager

About the role: - Drive product strategy and development for web and mobile platforms at Khelo Tech & Strategy Private Limited - Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, requirements definition, and product execution - Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration - Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable product requirements - Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment across engineering, design, and business teams What you'll work on: - Define user personas, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product features - Run ideation sessions to generate and evaluate new product ideas and enhancements - Use Google Analytics and other tools to track product metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions - Create product roadmaps and prioritize features based on user needs and business goals - Deliver product demonstrations to stakeholders with clear explanations of functionality and user workflows - Coordinate with designers, developers, and product teams using Zoho Sprints, JIRA, Figma, Trello, or similar platforms - Document technical requirements and ensure developers understand scope and constraints What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field - 1–3 years of hands-on product experience in web and mobile app environments - Strong analytical abilities and proven skill with Google Analytics for measuring product performance - Hands-on experience with Zoho Sprints and familiarity with JIRA, Figma, or Trello - Solid grasp of project management methodologies and product development processes - Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting ideas internally and to clients - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders - Strong presentation skills and comfort explaining product features to both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred: - Prior experience building or improving consumer-facing digital platforms - Working knowledge of APIs, technical constraints, and how different platforms operate differently - Background with cloud-based products or services - Formal Product Management certification from Airtribe, Product School, Hello PM, or an equivalent institution
