About this role

About the role: - Design and deliver complete features from database schema through API to user interface, handling each layer of the stack - Release changes to production multiple times weekly, progressing from small incremental updates to substantial feature work - Investigate production failures using logs, traces and stack traces to identify underlying causes, not just surface fixes - Own frontend development for your features, ensuring clean design, proper handling of loading states, empty states and error states throughout - Create tests targeted at the specific failures you anticipate, not just for coverage - Engage in code review as both reviewer and reviewee, learning to give and receive substantive feedback - Raise questions early in the process; extended silent struggle is the primary pitfall to avoid What we're looking for: - Between 1 and 8 years of full-time development experience - Deep command of at least one programming language - Practical understanding of SQL and how to model data relationally - Ability to build functional, visually appropriate user interfaces for your own work - Track record of completing real work with genuine users — shipped production features, meaningful internship contributions, or open-source changes that passed code review - Instinct for diagnosing failures methodically, forming hypotheses before trying fixes - Familiarity with AI coding assistants, paired with the ability to articulate what each line does About this opportunity: - Full-time role at Kirana Club - Work across the entire technology stack on your own features
