About the role: - You'll be part of a team building software that serves real users, shipping features end to end from concept through deployment - Your day-to-day involves writing code, reviewing peers' work, debugging production issues, and collaborating on technical decisions - You'll work across the full stack, from database queries to user-facing interfaces What we're looking for: - At least 1 year working full-time as a software engineer or in a comparable role - Solid grasp of at least one programming language and its ecosystem - Practical familiarity with SQL and the design of relational databases - Ability to write clean, functional user interfaces alongside your backend work - A track record of shipping: a personal project with real users, a meaningful internship deliverable, or an open-source contribution that passed code review - A methodical approach to fixing bugs—you diagnose the problem before jumping to solutions - Fluency with AI coding assistants, and the ability to understand and defend every line they generate for you
