About the role: - Shape how customers interact with Kiwi by embedding artificial intelligence throughout the platform and interface - Integrate AI capabilities across business operations including marketing campaigns, support systems, financial processes and broader organizational functions What you'll work on: - Designing and implementing AI-driven features that solve genuine user problems - Moving beyond experimental prototypes to deliver production-grade AI systems - Collaborating across teams to identify where AI can meaningfully improve customer experience - Writing and maintaining Python code as a core part of your daily work What we're looking for: - Demonstrated experience building and launching AI products in real-world settings - A user-first mindset that prioritizes solving actual customer pain points over technological novelty - Deep technical skills in Python with hands-on coding as a regular responsibility - Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions that work at scale
