About the role: - Draw together, validate and interpret data from multiple business units to support decision-making - Create both routine dashboards and custom reports tailored to what different teams need - Recognize shifts and patterns in data that inform strategic direction - Maintain standards for how data flows through reporting systems and meets regulatory requirements - Partner with colleagues in finance, product, compliance and engineering on analytics initiatives What you'll work on: - Extracting and transforming raw data into clean datasets ready for analysis - Running statistical tests and applying methods like sampling and distribution analysis to validate findings - Building queries in SQL to pull insights from databases - Learning and working within ETL tools and data infrastructure - Translating business questions into analytical frameworks that teams can act on What we're looking for: - 1-3 years of experience in analytics roles, business analysis or other data-driven positions - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and exploratory analysis - Working knowledge of statistics including sampling, distributions and hypothesis testing - Familiarity with ETL processes and data platforms - Experience with R or Python is a plus - Background in fintech is advantageous
