About the role: - Build rule engines and policy systems that power digital lending decisions - Create RESTful APIs and connect them to multiple data sources across the platform - Design and implement business reports alongside automating workflows for operational efficiency What you'll work on: - Data pipelines and ETL processes that feed lending platforms with clean, structured information - Backend services that handle requests reliably and scale to handle transaction volume - Analytics and dashboards that help the business understand lending patterns and performance What we're looking for: - Strong programming foundation with Python and database design and querying - Hands-on experience building and optimizing with Numpy and Pandas for data manipulation - Clear logical thinking and analytical problem-solving in your approach to code - Ability to communicate technical concepts well and work effectively across teams - Experience with AWS or another cloud platform - Background in web scraping or web crawling
