About the role: - Work inside operations for a digital content platform, finding inefficiencies and building AI solutions to fix them - Handle both recurring workflows and ad-hoc problems requiring fast turnaround - Shadow leadership and help monitor system health What you'll do: - Spot slow or repetitive tasks in content production and marketing, then automate them with AI workflows and LLM tools - Solve operational problems quickly using AI - Build dashboards and alerts so leadership can track content and operations metrics in real time - Create agents for content repurposing, scheduling, reporting, and cross-platform tracking - Attend key meetings, identify automation opportunities, and document solutions for reuse What they're looking for: - Strong programming in Python and/or JavaScript - Hands-on experience with LLM APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini - Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier - Ability to build agentic workflows with tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning - Basic data wrangling and skills in spreadsheets, APIs, and lightweight dashboards - Leadership experience in college — ran a club, led a fest team, or managed a publication - Focus on shipping work over perfection - Interest in practical AI applications that solve real problems Good to know: - Based in Bangalore, in-office - 3-month internship - Immediate joiners preferred
