What you'll do: - Lead AI-powered projects from concept through execution that boost user discovery, retention, or engagement - Work with product, engineering, and data teams to build, test, and expand AI and ML features based on actual user behavior - Create workflows that help internal teams work better, onboard faster, and perform stronger - Extract insights from voice and behavioral data, suggest improvements, and measure success for users and employees - Run A/B tests, watch key metrics, and turn results into scaled improvements with buy-in from stakeholders - Connect technical, creative, and operational groups to ship high-value projects faster What they're looking for: - Ability to handle real work with clear business results from your first day - Comfort with cross-functional collaboration - Interest in AI, behavioral science, and product thinking Good to know: - Based in Bangalore - Full-time role - Access to learning, mentorship, and career growth in AI and people technology
