Trainee – Talent Acquisition

About the role: - Work across multiple recruitment channels including LinkedIn, Naukri and other job boards to identify and attract candidates - Screen resumes and conduct initial conversations with prospective hires to assess fit - Manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews while keeping candidates informed throughout the process - Perform targeted headhunting and analyze the talent landscape to identify skill gaps and market trends - Support campus recruitment drives and manage the employee referral program - Use ATS and HRMS platforms along with recruitment tracking tools to maintain candidate pipelines - Create recruitment analytics and reports for stakeholders What we're looking for: - Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive recruitment activities forward - Confident communication style that puts candidates at ease - Genuine interest in people and what motivates them to explore new opportunities - Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to follow-up details - Natural curiosity about market trends and candidate motivations - Ability to coordinate across teams and keep multiple stakeholders aligned - Commitment to growing your expertise in talent acquisition
