About the role: - Manage inventory systems and ensure records align with actual stock levels - Process customer orders and handle related administrative tasks - Prepare reports and analyses from operational data using spreadsheets - Support the team with day-to-day operational needs as they arise What you'll work on: - Tracking stock movements and identifying discrepancies - Creating and maintaining records in spreadsheet applications - Assisting with order fulfillment workflows - Compiling data into reports for stakeholder review What helps: - Strong grasp of MS-Excel for data entry, formulas and basic analysis - Comfort thinking through problems methodically and spotting patterns in data - Clear spoken English to communicate with colleagues and other teams - Ability to stay organized while managing multiple small tasks - Attention to detail when working with numbers and records
