About the role: - Work with business leaders and department heads to uncover what they need from projects and systems - Collect information about business operations and convert it into clear, actionable insights - Build written summaries, slide decks, and formal records that track project scope and progress - Act as a bridge between business teams and engineering teams, keeping work on schedule and aligned - Spot areas where processes slow down or break, then recommend concrete steps to fix them - Sit in on planning and review sessions, record decisions made, and ensure everyone completes their assigned tasks What you'll work on: - Interviewing stakeholders across departments to map their goals and pain points - Drafting business case documents that explain the "why" behind initiatives - Using data to spot trends and make a case for change - Creating flowcharts and requirement documents that guide technical teams - Tracking timelines and flagging risks before they become problems - Presenting findings to both senior leadership and hands-on teams What we're looking for: - Clear and confident speaking and writing; you explain complex ideas simply - A logical mind that breaks problems into steps and sees multiple solutions - Comfort with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at a working level - Precision in your work; you catch errors and ask clarifying questions - Genuine interest in learning how businesses work and how to improve them - Willingness to work across silos and earn trust from people in very different roles Who can apply: - Freshers and anyone starting their journey in Business Analysis are welcome to apply
