About the role: - Analyze data sets and generate insights that drive decision-making across the organization - Build and maintain dashboards using SQL to track key metrics and trends - Transform raw data into clear, actionable business intelligence for stakeholders - Identify patterns and anomalies in data that point to business opportunities or risks What you'll work on: - Creating SQL queries to extract and aggregate data from various sources - Designing visualizations that communicate complex data findings to non-technical teams - Collaborating with product and business teams to define metrics and KPIs - Troubleshooting data quality issues and documenting solutions What we're looking for: - 6+ months of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst - Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and retrieval - Demonstrated success building dashboards that have informed business decisions - Sharp analytical mind with the ability to break down complex problems - Skill in explaining data insights in simple, business-focused language - Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and validation
