About the role: - Transform raw data into actionable business intelligence through dashboard development and reporting - Design and maintain data models that support organizational decision-making - Develop automated solutions to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual effort - Perform data extraction, cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy across all analysis - Create compelling visualizations that communicate insights to stakeholders across functions What you'll work on: - Advanced spreadsheet work using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH formulas, Power Query and Macros - SQL development including Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, Window Functions and Stored Procedures - Power BI dashboard creation with DAX calculations and data modelling - Management Information System reporting with focus on automation - ETL processes for data extraction and transformation from multiple sources - Handling large datasets while maintaining data integrity and quality standards What we're looking for: - Strong grasp of relational database concepts and architecture - Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level with demonstrated expertise in formula writing and data manipulation - Solid command of SQL for querying and data retrieval - Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI - Sharp analytical mindset with proven problem-solving ability - Capability to juggle multiple datasets and concurrent reporting demands - Clear communication skills with ability to coordinate effectively across teams and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders Good to know: - Python for data analysis is a valuable addition to your skillset
