About the role: - LiveX AI is hiring its first dedicated People team member. - The role combines recruiting and people operations responsibilities. - The position is based on-site in Palo Alto. - The hire will report directly to the founder or hiring leader mentioned in the post. - As the company grows, the role is positioned as a potential path toward Head of People. What you'll work on: - Spend roughly 70% of the role on full-cycle recruiting. - Recruit across engineering, solutions and sales positions. - Own sourcing, candidate evaluation, coordination and closing across open roles. - Operate in an early-stage environment without a large HR team or established hiring playbook. - Spend roughly 30% of the role on people operations. - Own onboarding so new hires have a strong start at the company. - Manage offboarding processes when employees leave. - Help build the people function as hiring needs continue to scale. What we're looking for: - Candidates should have 3–6 years of recruiting experience. - Meaningful experience at an early-stage startup is required. - Applicants should have previously hired engineers. - Experience recruiting sales talent is also expected. - Candidates should be comfortable operating independently without an HR team supporting them. - Experience building or running recruiting processes without an inherited playbook is important. About the company: - LiveX AI builds full-body AI agents designed for physical-world environments. - The agents are used to greet, guide and sell across locations such as retail stores, hotels, hospitals, airports and stadiums. - The company has deployments across multiple Bay Area locations and has also deployed at events including the Super Bowl and NVIDIA GTC.
