Product Management Intern (+PPO)

About the role: - Partner with cross-functional teams to contribute to product strategy and execution - Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions - Support the development of product requirements and documentation - Analyze user data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Participate in ideation sessions and brainstorm product enhancements - Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize product concepts - Collaborate with engineers and designers throughout the development lifecycle - Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends What we're looking for: - Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate - Strong passion for Product Management and technology - Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders - Self-starter who can take ownership and drive tasks to completion - Inquisitive learner with meticulous attention to detail Preferred qualifications: - Foundational knowledge of Product Management principles - Experience with Agile workflows and methodologies - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets - Hands-on experience with Figma, Whimsical, or equivalent design tools - Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management - SQL knowledge is a plus - Demonstrated comfort leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to boost efficiency A bonus if you have: - Prior internship experience in Product, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a technology role - Portfolio of personal projects, hackathon participation, or case competition wins - Background working with SaaS, HR Tech, or E-commerce platforms Special offer: - Opportunity for permanent placement based on performance during the internship
