DevOps Engineer

About this role

Batch: 2024/2025/2026. What you'll work on: - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery - Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes platforms - Deploy and oversee infrastructure on AWS or GCP cloud environments - Set up monitoring and logging systems to track application and infrastructure health - Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and similar Infrastructure as Code tools - Administer Linux/Unix-based servers and handle on-premises server operations - Troubleshoot deployment issues, system failures, and performance bottlenecks - Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment workflows - Maintain version control systems and manage code repositories effectively What we're looking for: - Basic grasp of DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment workflows - Foundational experience or coursework with AWS and/or GCP platforms - Comfortable working with Git and distributed version control systems - Practical or theoretical familiarity with GitLab, Jenkins, and Bitbucket tools - Knowledge of how CI/CD pipelines and build automation work - Exposure to Linux/Unix administration and server management fundamentals - Understanding of Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration - Working knowledge of Amazon EKS for container management - Introductory experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts - Awareness of observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, ELK, and Uptime Kuma - Basic familiarity with managing physical or on-premises server infrastructure - Grasp of network basics including DNS, IP addressing, HTTP/HTTPS, ports, and firewall configuration - Ability to write simple scripts in Shell, Bash, or Python - Strong analytical mindset and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues - Clear communication abilities and genuine eagerness to expand your skillset Who can apply: - Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience in any field - Those with completed DevOps, Cloud, AWS, GCP, or Infrastructure projects or internships are especially welcome - Candidates demonstrating serious commitment to DevOps, Cloud Computing, Automation, Monitoring, and Infrastructure Management
